A: Generally, the name printed on your tickets are from the original purchaser and the tickets are fully transferable. You will not be asked or required to provide identification at the gate as venues will only need to scan the barcode from your tickets.
A: Parking passes, (when available), will be displayed in a separate column in the event page.
A: Once you place your order for tickets, you’re guaranteed those seats, (or better!), and will have them delivered to you as soon as they are available. In most instances, this process does not take any longer than 24-hours to confirm your order and ship your tickets. E-tickets are generally the fastest method of obtaining your tickets and can be delivered to you within the same business day for download.
A: Shipping times will vary depending on the options that you choose, while ‘e-tickets’ are typically available for immediate delivery. Physical tickets will be packages and shipped upon order confirmation within one business day. While there are instances where tickets are not available 72-hours prior to the event date, we guarantee all orders to be delivered prior to the event date.
A: Unfortunately, most venues don’t yet have the capability to accommodate scanning tickets off mobile devices. While in some circumstances this is a possibility, we recommend bringing a physical copy of your tickets to avoid any unnecessary issues at the gate.
